Our working times
Mo-Sa from 8.00 till about 20.00 (depends on the workload)
On Sundays the reception is not constantly open (depends on the workload).
But we are always available for you if something should be!
The reception is not 24 hours open.
It is important to let us know per phone if your arrival is planned after 18:00 o´clock.
Also for bookings made through booking portals!

Check-in is the earliest at 14.00 By arrangement also earlier.
Check-out is at 11.00 am
Luggage
Luggage storage is possible.
We accept no liability for loss of luggage.
Cancellation
Bookings cancellations directly from us generally fall under no fees, this applies only in case of notification from a gast who is not going to appear.
Otherwise charges may apply depending on the workload.
Bookings via booking portals (Booking, Hotel.de, HRS, etc.), we ask to cancel right there!
Payments
You can pay in our hotel:
- with cash ( € )
- with card – these cards are accepted : EC, Maestro, Visa, Master Card
- by assumption of the costs of companies with stay in Germany.
